Deep Active Stretch classes are designed for participants of all ages and fitness levels.  This low impact stretching format is friendly, yet challenging to motivate you beyond your own limits and expectations.


A repetitive set of movements, stretching/strengthening of muscles, and rhythmic breathing - will assist you in your  rehabilitation process or prevent injuries or will improve your physical condition in general.
