Gentle Yoga

This gentle yoga class has an emphasis on stretching, breathing and finding ease within your body, mind and Spirit.


Whether you are new to yoga, or you just want to slow it down some, this class offers a welcoming space for those who want to be kind to themselves and their bodies.


Whatever your experience level, or current physical condition, you won't find any crazy-bendy-pretzel-y poses here... just people improving their health and lives through yoga that provides a perfect balance to connect your body to your inner essence. Come as you are.
